We’re proud to offer special preventive maintenance plans designed to give you access to the HVAC maintenance services that you need at a fair price. When you choose one of our maintenance plans, you’re making a commitment to provide for the efficiency and longevity of your HVAC system. 

Our annual and semi-annual maintenance plans are both designed for convenience. Your heating and cooling systems will be fully serviced either once per year, or twice per year, depending on your budget and systems. *At the start of each maintenance contract, we will deposit $50 into a ‘Loyalty Savings Account’ in your name. Each year the contract is renewed we’ll add another $50. Weather Makers offers two straightforward ways to keep your system maintained:

Preventive Maintenance Plan (Annual)

A convenient once-a-year cleaning and tune-up, with your heating and cooling systems serviced during the same visit to save time and help you stay on schedule.

PMA Plan (Semi-Annual)

A two-visit plan with seasonal timing: one visit to service your heating system in fall/winter, plus a second visit in spring/summer to service your air conditioning system.

A typical maintenance visit includes:

  • System performance check and safety review

  • Coil condition check, cleaning as needed

  • Electrical inspection and tightened connections

  • Drain line and condensate system check

  • Airflow and filter fit review
